The Land of the Rising Sun is back in the MMA spotlight tonight at RIZIN 47 goes down from the Yoyogi National Stadium.

Kyoji Horiguchi and Sergio Pettis wage war once again in the ring in the main event in a three-round bantamweight fight. In their first fight, Pettis surpised Horiguchi with a fourth-round spinning backfist that cemented him as one of the best in the world at 135 pounds. Since then, Horiguchi has captured the RIZIN bantamweight championship.

Another American, Juan Archuleta, is in action in the co-main event when he takes on Brazil's former champion Kleber Koike Erbst. Other top Japanese prospects in action include heavyweight Mikio Ueda, Koji Takeda, and Patrick Sho Usami.
