Windri Patilima returns to One Pride, looks to unify belt against Sandi Pramana

After two fights outside the promotion, One Pride welterweight champion Windri Patilima returns to unify the belts.

During his absence, the promotion set up an interim title, which went to Sandi Pramana last September. Now, the two champions will fight in the main event of One Pride Fight Night 77 on March 2nd in Jakarta, Indonesia. The promotion announced the fight today on social media.

In addition, bantamweight champion Gugun Gusman (11-4) defends his belt in a rematch against Mario Satya Mirawan (11-7), while atomweight contenders Novan Kaunang (9-2) and Brando Mamana (10-6) vie for a title shot.

Windri Patilima (9-1) was selected for season two of Road to UFC last spring, but came up short against eventual finalist Shin Haraguchi in the opening round. Rather than returning to One Pride, Patilima took a fight with BRAVE CF in November in Jakarta. A clean rear naked choke win over Mhar John Manahan returned Patilima to the win column, and in a matter of days he'll return to Jakarta to re-assert his dominance in One Pride.

Another Road to UFC alum, Gugun Gusman (11-4), defends his belt as well. Since his appearance on the first season of Road to UFC, Gusman has won three straight, and his last two by stoppage.

One Pride Fight Night 77 takes place on March 2nd at the Jakarta International Velodrome, with the main card airing live on the One Pride YouTube channel at 10am EST / 7am PST. The prelims will air in subsequent Saturdays over the next month.
